HCB Youth Hunt Program

Hill Country Bowhunters primary objective is to raise funds to send local youth on annual hunts. In past years we have sent kids on hog hunts, exotic hunts (fallow, sika, etc.) and bow-fishing trips.

Eligibility

  • Age: Any child (17 and under) who is able to safely shoot a firearm (need not be a bow)
  • Membership: Child(ren) must reside in an HCB member household. Any level of membership will suffice.
  • Complete Service Requirements: Help with either set-up, tear-down or work-day(s) for our tournaments. Points will be assigned for each service opportunity completed. There are many  opportunities throughout the year (Feb-Sept) to earn points. Sign-in with an HCB Officer will be required.
A minimum number of points must be earned to be eligible for a hunt. All service requirements must be completed in the same calendar year.
