After the doe and spike hunt at Brandon's. I called Ameristep and told them that my door zipper seam was comming apart on my Brickhouse blind. They asked me if I had a problem with sending it back to them. I told them that I would. Well two days latter UPS showes up at my door ready to pick it up. Wait its not ready!! The UPS guy said he would come back tommaro to pick it up. So I got it ready and they picked it up the next day. Today I got a replacement with new window screens and all. I had no out of pocket expenses over this problem and i think this deserved a post and a thumbs up.

Thanks for the report on Ameristep's customer service. It's great to hear that some companies still stand behind their products! It's especially good to hear this about Ameristep, since I just purchased a Brickhouse last night!

I love mine pops. you can get away with allot of movement. Just make shur you shoot through it be for ya go hunting with it. Just to be shur your arra placement is right. And dont open all windows at the same time. Also dont shoot a rifel through the screen. Makes the screen into a window. Speeking from expereance.lol

Thanks for the tips, hogkiller. I have to admit, though, that I'm struggling with the concept of shooting anything through the "shoot through" screens. Seems to me that anything that touches the fletching creates the opportunity for de-stabilizing the arrow. I've heard folks say that arrows fly though them just fine -- I'm just having a hard time convincing myself that they really do! Guess I'll just have to set it up and fling a few arrows through it.
