Old Business
We have a 3 year extension on the lease. Provided we meet the requirements.
13 Members completed Hunt masters thru TP&W
40 Hunters completed Hunters Ed thru HCB
We did 4 TP&W Workshops.
HCB conducted first Texas youth hunting program.
We also had a few fellowship hunts.

WAY TO GO HCB FOR 2003
Roy will be purchasing the numbered key and locks for the range.
Key replacement will be 5.00.

Justin will be getting 48 hats made and HCB will reimburse him. Hats will be sold at shoots.

Membership fee is 40.00 for all people. Use of the range is automatic with membership.

Application card and agreements will be mailed to all members. Anybody that shoots at HCB shoot will have to sign an agreement and a file of all completed will be kept.

Justin will be letting the club use his truck for use on range setup.

The club will look into getting a 16ft single axel trailer for use on setting up the range.

All equipment valued over 500.00 used on the range may receive a maximum of 50.00 repair reimbursement. All other equipment used is the responsibility of the owner.
