This will be the second annual HCB Turkey hunt and Crawfish Boil. Those that went last year can attest to the turkeys. This year we are adding a couple of contest to make it interesting. Longest beard, heaviest bird and best all-around ( beard length + spur length + weight) $15.00 entry fee. Winners take all!!!!! The planned date will be either the second or third weekend in April. Have to check when Easter is.

Also hunting will be done primarily out of ground Blinds. Oleman, Steve and I will be going to the ranch about 3-4 weeks prior to the hunt to set up blinds. I strongly encourage you to get me your blind early.

I will update you as we get closer.

Easter is on the 11th of April or the second weekend in April.

Since the second weekend is Easter than we will probably have the hunt the third weekend. Last year the hunt conflicted with easter and caused some to miss or have to rush home. Let me know what ya'll think.
