I didn't get a scale weight. She yielded 44 lbs of boned meat thought. I got her guessed at 120 or 125 field dressed.

According to the formulas and what you state was de-boned meat was...she dressed out at 79 lbs.

Formula was found at,
http://www.askthemeatman.com/estimate_deer_weight.htm
44 lbs eatable meat X 1.35= Hanging Wt. (59.4 lbs)
59.4 X 1.33 = Field Dressed Wt. (79.00 lbs)
79.00 lb X 1.26= Live Weight (99.54 lbs)

http://www.tatorsbutchershop.com/butchershop.htm
Information from a deer that was processed...
Actual weight: 129.0 lbs
Hide weight: 33.0 lbs
Caracas weight: 22.8 lbs
Table loss*: 17.83 lbs
Waste weight: 73.63 lbs
Steak/Roast Meat: 30.19 lbs
Trim (Burger/Sausage) Meat: 25.18 lbs
Total Meat: 55.37 lbs
(* = Fat & blood clots)
Ran the formula for comparison...
55.37 lbs. x 1.35 = 74.7495 lbs.
74.74.95 lbs. x 1.33 = 99.416835 lbs.
99.416835 lbs. x 1.26 = 125.2652121 lbs.

The weight was only off by 3.7347879 lbs. so it is very close!

Cool formula but I know for sure that deer was well over 80#s.

Hell Tammy, her head weighed 79#s :)
